Terms and calculator limits

AccomStack is a free information resource for short-term rental and serviced accommodation operators.

General information only

Articles and calculators are for general information. They are not legal, tax, accounting or financial advice, and do not replace a qualified adviser or current rules from an official source. Laws and costs differ by property and place, and may change.

Calculator assumptions

The profit tool estimates one unit's monthly operating result from your inputs. It does not include income tax, depreciation or loan principal. It treats your average stay length and occupancy as continuous estimates, so real booking counts and costs may differ. The direct-booking tool compares estimated OTA fees with direct-payment processing and marketing costs. It does not predict whether demand moves direct or account for every guest-service cost.

Check your actual contracts, fee statements, taxes and local rules before acting. USD and GBP change the display symbol and formatting, not the exchange rate or the entered amounts. Do not enter identifying guest or financial account details.

Sources and changes

Articles cite the source of key regulatory and tax claims. Check the official source and publication date before relying on a claim. You may link to pages on AccomStack. Reuse of the content or imagery beyond ordinary quotation needs permission from the site operator. The site is operated by Accom Stack Technology. Contact hello@accomstack.com with questions or corrections.
